Fantasy and novelty dildos: knife, sword, pumpkin and limp

Updated October 10, 2026

Not every dildo wants to look like a penis. Some are shaped like a blade, a pumpkin or a sea creature, some are made to hang limp, and some are strapped to a mask. People search for them for very different reasons: a costume, a joke gift, a specific fetish, or simply because a tentacle feels different from anything realistic. This page explains the main types and links straight to what we stock.

Knife and sword dildos

A knife or sword dildo is a toy shaped like a blade, made of soft, body-safe material with no edge and nothing sharp. The Max & Co Blade knife dildo is our answer to searches for the dildo knife from the film Seven: a realistic veined shaft with a rounded head, 47 cm (18.5 inch) long in total and about 3.5 cm wide, with a textured handle where a suction cup would normally sit. The handle gives control from outside the body. Use plenty of water-based lube and go slowly.

Pumpkin dildos and other seasonal shapes

The Pumpkron pumpkin dildo by Legend is a stack of balls, each carved with a jack-o'-lantern face, in soft liquid silicone with a suction cup base: 19.7 cm long, 17 cm insertable and 5 cm wide at the widest ball. It is a Halloween favourite, but the ball-and-neck shape is the reason to keep it around all year.

Limp dildos

A limp dildo is deliberately floppy: it bends, swings and hangs instead of standing up. People buy them for packing, for costumes and drag, for photography and for play that wants a soft, realistic feel without firmness. The Lovetoy Limpy comes in 5 and 5.5 inch, and Fleshlight makes the Fleshtone Limpy in small and medium. All are skin-safe and free of phthalates.

Masks with a dildo

A face mask with a detachable dildo turns the wearer into a toy. The dildo clicks into a holder on the mask, so you can swap sizes or take it off. Our LateToBed mask with detachable dildo comes with a 6 cm version too. Clean the dildo like any silicone toy; the mask itself is wiped, not soaked.

Monsters, tentacles and creatures

The Creature Cocks range is where fantasy really starts: a cocktopus, a hydra, a snake of 55 cm insertable, a merman, a jellyfish and glow-in-the-dark eggs. They are cast in premium silicone with textures no realistic dildo has, and most have a wide base for a harness or a suction cup. See the whole fantasy dildos department.

How to choose

  • Material: all the toys above are silicone or TPE. Use water-based lube only; silicone lube damages silicone toys.
  • Size: look at the insertable length and the widest diameter, not the total length. Blade shapes and ribs feel wider than the number suggests.
  • Base: a flared base or a crossguard keeps the toy outside and makes it harness-compatible.
  • Cleaning: warm water and a toy cleaner; silicone can also be boiled for a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Is a knife dildo safe?

Yes. It is shaped like a blade but made of soft, body-safe material, with no edge and nothing sharp. Use plenty of water-based lubricant, go slowly and keep hold of the handle.

What is the dildo knife from Seven?

The search comes from the film Seven. What we sell is not a weapon but a sword-shaped dildo in soft material: the Max & Co Blade, 47 cm long in total, with a realistic shaft and a handle instead of a suction cup.

What is a limp dildo for?

For packing, costumes and drag, photography and play that wants a soft, realistic feel. A limp dildo bends and hangs, so it is not made for penetration that needs firmness.

How do I clean a fantasy dildo with ribs and textures?

Warm water and a toy cleaner, with a soft brush in the grooves. Silicone can also be boiled for a few minutes; TPE cannot, so wash it by hand and let it dry completely.
