Orders placed on workdays are dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Spain, to every country in the European Union. Delivery takes one to six working days depending on the country and the carrier you choose. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout, before you pay, and delivery is free from €65 in your country.

We do not currently deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Which carrier

Spain is served by Correos Express, SEUR, MRW and Nacex, and for the mainland you can also pick a timed delivery before 10:00, 12:00 or 13:30. The rest of Europe goes with DPD or GLS; DPD is usually the cheapest. All of them hand over a parcel that says nothing about what is in it.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain box with no logo, brand name or sender reference. The contents are never visible or identifiable from the outside, not to the courier, not to your neighbours.

United Kingdom

We ship to the United Kingdom with DPD (3 to 4 working days) and GLS (5 to 6 working days). Prices include 21% Spanish VAT, as for every order. Because the UK is outside the EU, the courier may charge UK import VAT, duties and a handling fee before delivery; these charges are for your account and are not included in our price or shipping cost. Returns and withdrawal

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day you receive your order, no reasons needed. After you notify us of your cancellation, return the product within 14 days.

Return conditions:

Products must be unused and returned in the original brand packaging.
For hygiene reasons, products whose hygiene seal has been broken cannot be returned.
Announce your return first via help@talonze.com so we can register it and help you with the fastest route.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we refund the full amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid, via your original payment method, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the return is due to an error on our side; in that case we reimburse it.
