Privacy policy

Talonze (MARROYSTOYS S.L., C/ Ludwig van Beethoven 47, 03738 Jávea (Alicante), Spain, CIF B72968142) processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Discretion is the core of our business, that applies to your data just as much as to our packaging.

What we collect and why

Order data (name, address, e-mail, phone, order contents): needed to deliver your order, send order updates and comply with tax law.
Account data: to show your order history and speed up checkout.
Newsletter: only with your consent; every mail contains an unsubscribe link.
Technical data (IP address, browser): for security and to keep the site working properly.

What we never do

We never sell your data and never share your e-mail address with third parties for marketing. Nothing on your bank statement or parcel reveals the nature of your purchase beyond our neutral company name.

Sharing with processors

We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order, the payment provider and the shipping carrier, and only the minimum they need.

Cookies and statistics

On your first visit to Talonze you choose: Accept or Decline. Both are equally easy, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Always on, because the shop needs them: your basket and session (dhsess, 14 days), language (dhlang, 1 year), VAT display (dh_vat, 1 year), a closed promotion bar (until you close the browser) and your cookie choice (dh_consent, 6 months). Display settings such as light or dark mode are kept in your browser's local storage. Cloudflare can set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell visitors from bots, and Stripe uses cookies on the payment step to prevent fraud.
Our own statistics: we count visits and clicks with our own tool on our own server. It stores no IP address, only a code that changes every day, so no visitor can be recognised, and it shares nothing with other companies. To know which website or campaign brought a visitor, the cookie dh_src keeps the first source (for example google.com) for 90 days; it contains no personal identifier.
Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.): only after you click Accept does Google place its cookies (_ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years; _gcl_*, 90 days, if you arrive through an ad) to measure visits, purchases and the results of our advertising. Without your consent Google Analytics works in a restricted mode without cookies (Google Consent Mode): Google then only receives cookieless signals, such as the page, the time, the type of browser and the IP address that every internet request carries, without any identifier, and uses them only to estimate total numbers of visitors and sales. Google may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.): only after you click Accept, to see how pages are used (clicks, scrolling) so that we can improve the shop. Clarity sets the cookies _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day).

Functional cookies are necessary for the service you ask for. Cookies for statistics and advertising measurement are only used with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI). If you click Decline later, we delete these cookies from your browser. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; without functional cookies parts of the shop may stop working.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as tax law requires; account data as long as your account exists; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your personal data, and to object to its processing. Mail help@talonze.com and we will take care of it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
