Chisa Vibe Hi-Rubber 9" (Pink)

Twenty three and a half centimetres by 5 in soft pink PVC, on two AA batteries with a dial for the speed. Five centimetres is the figure to weigh; length can be left outside but width cannot, and this is a wide toy by any standard.

The dial is worth mentioning because buttons on cheap toys cycle in one direction only, so overshooting means going all the way round again. A dial goes back. PVC is soft, warms quickly and is porous, which means warm water and soap after every use and full drying before it goes away. Water based lubricant only, and remove the batteries between long gaps so nothing leaks inside.
