Chisa Masturbator Accu-Meter Power Pump X4 21.5 x 6 cm

A manual penis pump with a gauge: a clear ABS cylinder of 21.5 by 6 centimetres, a trigger handle that draws the vacuum, a quick release valve, and a dial on the side that shows the pressure so you can repeat what worked and stop before what did not. The clear cylinder is the point; you watch the effect as it happens.

Pumping draws blood into the penis for a temporarily fuller, harder erection and is used by some men for training and by others as a warm-up before sex. Keep sessions short, ten to fifteen minutes at most, release at any pain or discolouration, and use the valve rather than pulling the cylinder off.

A little water based lubricant on the rim seals it against the body. Rinse the cylinder with warm water after use and let it dry open; keep the gauge dry.
