LateToBed Silicone Bone Gag Adjustable

A silicone bone of 13 centimetres on an adjustable strap, 112 grams. Silicone is the difference from the hard version: it has give, so the teeth sink in a little instead of meeting a solid edge, and that is what decides whether a gag lasts ten minutes or an hour.

A bone sits between the teeth rather than filling the mouth, which keeps the jaw open less far and makes drool manageable. Speech still goes, so agree a signal without words first and keep the buckle where it can be released with one hand. Silicone is non-porous and washes in warm soapy water; the strap gets a wipe and air. Never leave anyone gagged on their own.
