Chisa Anal Duche Easy Clean 17 cm (Black)

A bulb douche of 17 centimetres with a long, narrow neck. That neck is what separates this from the short nozzle models: the extra reach means the water goes past the first few centimetres, which is where a short nozzle leaves it.

That said, further is not better. Lukewarm water only, never soap, one or two bulbs and stop when it runs clear. Douching too often or too deeply strips what is meant to be there and leaves things worse than before a session, not better. Once beforehand is plenty. Rinse the bulb and the neck through afterwards, squeeze the bulb dry, and store it apart so nothing collects inside.
